STAGE 1Arrival
You can choose to deliver your vehicle to us and you are very welcome to pop in for a coffee and a chat, or you can take advantage of our great collection service!
STAGE 2 Maintenance Wash
We have a clean vehicle policy in place to keep both your vehicle and our facility to a high standard. If you require your vehicle to be cleaned, there will be a small fee before you are moved to the next stage of our storage process.
*For an additional fee, we offer a full detailing service, ceramic coating and PPF.
STAGE 3 Pre-Storage Inspection
Post arrival or wash (if required), we will carry out our thorough pre-storage inspection. This will ensure your vehicle will be logged, allocated a number and prepped in readiness for storage.
Fluid levels, tyre pressures, visual checks and a battery health check are just some of the checks that will be carried out.
STAGE 4 Inspection Report
The results from the pre-storage inspection will be discussed with you, if anything is found untoward we will talk about remedying this pre-storage. Alternatively, your vehicle can be booked in at a time that is convenient for you in readiness for use.
STAGE 5 Final Pre-Storage Checks
As part of the final checks the vehicle is left to acclimatise before being covered. If at this stage a problem is noted i.e. oxidisation on the brake discs, the vehicle will be driven gently to clear this pre-storage. This enables your vehicle one last chance to get fully up to temperature before being stored.
STAGE 6 Vehicle Photographed
Before your vehicle is parked in its designated space, it will be photographed for our records, a copy of these photos will be sent to you.
STAGE 7 Vehicle Covered & Stored
The final stage involves tucking your pride and joy up in one of our cosy satin stretch car covers. Also, at this point, the battery conditioner will be connected (if this option has been selected in your chosen package) and a drip tray will be positioned underneath your vehicle to monitor any leaks that may occur etc.
BEFORE YOUR JOURNEY
You may chose to have your vehicle delivered to your preferred location (this will be based on our transport tariff), or upon collection. We ensure that your vehicle is road legal, checked and ready for its journey. These checks entail: MOT, tax check, battery health, lights, indicators and horn, fluids levels will be checked and topped up if required.
ON YOUR RETURN
When your vehicle returns to our facility it will go back through our seven stages.
